“TM Audit” CJSC was founded and was issued audit license in 1997. The founding partner of the Company, the Managing Partner and CEO is Mr. Tatul Movsisyan.
Ever since the company was founded, it has been providing a wide range of high-quality professional services to numerous international and local institutions and organisations, many of them being leaders in their fields.
The company considers it essential to meet clients’ expectations by efficient use of resources and to establish sound and lasting partnership with them.
Improvement of accounting and auditing systems are of significant importance to the Company and it renders assistance to the projects carried out to this effect.
The staff of our Company consists of highly trained professionals. They directly participated in drafting the Accounting Standards of the Republic of Armenia, Chart of Accounts, Financial Statement Package, initial accounting documents and registers. They give lectures in a number of educational institutions and organisations. Besides, they directly participated in the expertise of draft legal acts concerning legislation that regulates accounting, audit and tax relations.
Our professionals are authors of tens of books and papers, have been among the founders of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia, members of the governing body of this specialized institution, as well as members of the Republic of Armenia “Accountants’ Certification Committee” and RA Ministry of Finance and Economy “Auditors’ Qualification Committee”.
